Michelle Melendez is the Director of Equity and Inclusion for the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation fellowship recipient for the Ladders to Leadership and Connect Program. For the past 15 years, she has worked in health justice, community organizing, community development and policy advocacy.
