Megan is an Associate at Living Cities, where she works at the intersection of learning, performance management and storytelling.

Using principles of Results-Based Accountability, she supports project teams in collecting and analyzing data for continuous learning to track progress toward long-term, transformational change. Megan is also responsible for tracking and communicating the impact of Living Cities’ investments for staff, board members and external stakeholders, using data visualizations, dashboards and narrative. She also partners with staff across the organization to translate lessons and stories from Living Cities’ work into useful and engaging content to support practitioners in the field.

Megan joined Living Cities in June 2016. Prior to that, Megan was an intern with the Coalition for Smarter Growth, a non-profit that advocates for transit-oriented development in the DC region. There, she supported the organization’s communications efforts, fundraising and event planning. Megan graduated from Georgetown University, where she studied Government and Mandarin Chinese.
