Laura McCluskey is Wells Fargo’s Customer Experience Leader for the company’s retail bank network in the Pennsylvania/Delaware region.

In this role Laura has overall responsibility for the creation, implementation and success of the bank’s customer service initiatives at more than 300 Wells Fargo stores in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

As Customer Experience Executive for Wachovia, Laura had a similar role supporting more than 1,000 Wachovia financial centers in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, greater Washington DC and central Virginia.

Prior to banking, Laura spent nine years as a manager with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Europe and North America.

A graduate of Cornell University, Laura was born in France and is bilingual. She currently resides outside of Philadelphia with her husband and two young sons.
