Kseniya joined the Boston Fed after completing her master’s in urban planning at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. Her professional and academic interests focus on economic resurgence of post-industrial cities, neighborhood stabilization, and household financial stability. Kseniya is leading the implementation of the pilot round of the Working Cities Challenge, a Fed-organized competition that aims to foster economic development and collaborative leadership in smaller Massachusetts cities. Kseniya received her bachelor’s from Duke University in 2011.
