Kien Lee, Principal Associate & Vice President of Community Science, leads Community Science’s practice in the areas of cultural competency, inclusion, and equity as they pertain to contemporary issues such as health and behavioral health disparities, healthcare workforce development, immigrant integration, food insecurity, civic participation, and community change.

For 15 years, she has provided philanthropic and nonprofit organizations and federal agencies with research and evaluation services and consultation in strategy development in all these areas, bringing to the work her passion, knowledge about the issues, expertise in research and evaluation methodology, and equally important, flexibility and a commitment to shared learning and excellence.
