Colleen Dawicki, a former Rappaport Public Policy Fellow and a current fellow with MassINC’s Gateway Cities Innovation Institute, joined the Boston Fed and the Working Cities Challenge team in 2015.

Colleen previously led the UMass Dartmouth Urban Initiative, where she supported smaller industrial cities in Massachusetts through urban policy research and technical assistance. Colleen holds a master’s in public policy from UMass Dartmouth and a BA in public and private sector organizations from Brown University.
