Celebrate World Cities Day with The Integration Initiative

Today is World Cities Day, an international holiday created by the United Nations to encourage collaboration around tackling the biggest challenges facing urban areas. To celebrate World Cities Day at Living Cities, we decided to feature some of the results of collaborative initiatives we support.

We asked representatives from four of The Integration Initiative sites what they thought was the one thing from their work that has made the most difference for the lives of low-income residents. Their responses are below. We hope these videos can be an inspiration to others and can contribute to the discussion happening today online and offline.

Feel free to share these videos and other examples of collaboration improving the lives of low-income people as a part of World Cities Day using hashtag #WorldCities.
