Fostering Equitable and Sustainable Transit-Oriented Development
In winter of '09, Living Cities co-hosted, together with the Center for Transit-Oriented Development and the Boston College Institute for Responsible Investment, a convening at the Ford Foundation focused on transit-oriented development. Over 50 participants, including leading developers, investors, foundation staff, local government and federal officials spent a day and a half considering how to advance the creation of equitable, sustainable communities around transit.
