Hannah combines her studies of sports and media with a background in nonprofit fundraising, event planning and program work as member services coordinator for the Admiral Center. She began her career with Cathe & Associates and Our Piece of the Pie in Hartford, Conn., working on employment and diversity training for at-risk youth. Hannah has also worked for EdVestors, a philanthropic organization that connects urban schools in Boston and Lowell, Mass., with private funds. She spent her graduate residency with W.W. Grainger in the Corporate Communications & Investor Relations departments, where Hannah developed a pilot program for employee volunteerism and civic involvement. Hannah received her M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) from Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. In addition, Hannah has a degree in Public Relations & Marketing Communications and Spanish from Simmons College in Boston. Hannah currently serves as the director of communications for the African American Alumnae/i Association.
