Prior to joining Living Cities, Amy was a Vice President at Citi Community Capital, where she originated, structured and underwrote socially responsible investments with a primary focus on renewable energy and real estate tax equity transactions. Social returns from these investments include job creation and the production of green energy for underserved communities.
Previously, Amy was a senior consultant for Ernst & Young. With a specialization in strategic advisory services, she worked with Fortune 500 clients in sectors such as financial services, media and information technology on corporate strategy issues ranging from new business development to strategic market entry. Amy has also worked at the Baltimore Community Foundation in a strategic consulting capacity.
Amy holds a B.A. in Economics and Urban Studies from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Amy also holds an M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Her work has been published by the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University and the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance.
