Before joining Deutsche Bank in 1990, Mr. Hattem served as the first executive director of the St. Nicholas Neighborhood Preservation Corporation, a nonprofit community development organization in Brooklyn. Among his many leadership positions, he serves as chairman of the Pratt Center for Community Development Advisory Committee. Mr. Hattem earned his BA at the State University of New York at Purchase and his master’s in city and regional planning from the Pratt Institute.
