Board of Directors

Dr. Farias was the Ford Foundation’s representative for Mexico and Central America before being appointed to his current position. He has also served as director general of the College of the Southern Border (ECOSUR), a research and postgraduate training institution in southern Mexico. He has degrees in medicine from the University of Monterrey, in Mexico, and in psychiatry and medical anthropology from Harvard University.
