Mr. Walker is Vice President, Foundation Initiatives of the Rockefeller Foundation where he co-leads the Foundation’s work in the United States and internationally in supporting innovations that build the resilience of poor and vulnerable people. Mr. Walker is a 1982 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. In 1986 he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law. He has a joint appointment at the NYU School of Law and Wagner School of Public Policy and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Urban Design.
